Bizuma is a cloud based e - commerce software application that enables manufacturers, sellers, distributors or retailers to buy or sell any product from any country in the world in a fast, simple and better way.Bizuma also offers the ability to distribute products to thousands of wholesale buyers through a disruptive virtual sales manager in less than 48 hours.

The Client – UK

Our client, Bizuma, a private technology company in Britain, approached us for developing an application when its clients wanted to bring up their business to an online ecommerce platform and make the selling and buying process simpler, faster and better.

For TechMaven IT Solutions, the key aim then was to develop cloud based e-commerce software that would enable manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers to sell or buy anything from any country in the world in a simpler, faster and better way.

Our Process

Like all our projects, our first step involved a project discovery phase. We decided to follow the Agile Methodology as it would be easy for clients as well as for us to include modifications or changes effectively and easily. We then diagrammed the requirements for first sprint and after getting the approval we moved on to start developing the Bizuma web application.

Change Requests had been initiated by the client so as to include more functionalities in the modules based on their needs. We took up this opportunity and were able to successfully make them all GO LIVE in agreed timeline.

Challenges We Faced

Perhaps the most important challenge with this project was to bring up the product images in search results as the image size was too big and there were more than 3 lakh products. To overcome this issue we implemented the new technology of AWS S3 bucket that helps store bulk data and large images and that made it easier to show up in the site when a user searches. Also to load the products faster, we applied pagination using javascript so that results actually loads when user browses through the pages.

  • The Bukkawaste application provides all of the necessary functions that a domestic /commercial customer requires to make their waste collection booking easier.
  • Bukka collections and cancellations of bookings can be captured via the application and updated at any time.
  • Effective route management in the back-end helps assigning of routes to a customer and driver for collection.
  • The web based application can be accessed from any place where internet access is available.
