Governments use an array of sophisticated AI software to monitor phone calls, messages and all forms of communications to sort out casual conversations from potential threats. Modern home alarm systems have sensors and facial recognition features that distinguish family a member from a stranger. Weather Prediction Accurate weather forecasting entails sifting through vast amount of data. Artificial intelligence software is able to sift through millions of data and give a more accurate prediction of impending weather conditions including storms, hurricanes etc. Better Elderly Care Senior citizens find it difficult managing their everyday life alone and a good number rely on the help provided by their family members or others. Artificial intelligence has made rapid strides in the health care sector and “home robots” are able to provide senior citizens with all help as and when needed. “Home robots” will help senior citizens manage their everyday life in a safe, convenient, and easy way enabling them to remain independent. Even though we are ignorant of the manner in which artificial intelligence is likely to impact our lives in the near future, it has become abundantly clear that artificial intelligence has the ability to bring in major changes to every sphere of our human activity.
